Auto Repair Warranty

This limited warranty is extended only to you, the original, invoiced purchaser, and not to anyone who may purchase or otherwise use your vehicle during the term of the warranty. This limited warranty is made by Admiral Auto Care and Service LLC who performed the invoiced repairs/services on your vehicle.

Admiral Auto Care and Service LLC is proud to offer the industry’s best auto repair warranty for Five Star work completed at our facilities. This warranty serves as the fifth element in the complete solution for your automobile’s needs.

This warranty covers parts and labor purchased through Admiral Auto Care and Service LLC, subject to exclusions listed within. Examples of covered parts may include but are not limited to:

• A/C, heating and climate control
• Brake pads and rotors
• Engine cooling system
• Car battery
• Engine performance and drivability repairs
• Exhaust system
• Fuel system
• Ignition system
• ECM, BCM, IPDM
• Steering and suspension
• Clutches

Admiral Auto Care and Service LLC warrants that the above repairs and services performed at any of their locations will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for life and unlimited mileage to the individual and VIN listed on the applicable invoice and only while they maintain ownership of the vehicle. This warranty is conditioned only on the vehicle being subjected only to normal, non-commercial use and receiving reasonable and necessary preventative and corrective maintenance during the period.



This lifetime warranty is only honored at Admiral Auto Care and Service locations and is not honored by any other independent repair facility. This warranty takes effect only after any other warranties have expired. Warranty repair costs shall in no case exceed the costs of the original repair or service. If there is a defect in either materials or workmanship within the warranty period, Admiral Auto Care and Service LLC has the option to perform remedial service work at no charge to you, replace defective materials/parts without charge to you, or refund the entire charge for the warranted repairs, minus any previous refunds or discounts.

Admiral Auto Care and Service LLC may void warranty coverage for situations where there is obvious abuse and/or neglect. This includes instances of performance-based competitions, beyond-design operation, improper preventative maintenance and/or storage of the vehicle. This warranty will not cover damage due to Force Majeure and/or criminal activity. Failures resulting from work performed by another entity following the invoice date will not be covered.

This warranty does not apply to those who paid fleet rates. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT IN ANY WAY INCLUDE INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This warranty will not cover any non-warranty service requested to be performed at the time of warranty service. This warranty will not cover parts or labor performed contrary to Admiral Auto Care and Service LLC Five Star diagnostic recommendation(s). This warranty does not cover aesthetic, cosmetic or subjective issues outside of the design operation and/or function of the repair. Specific exclusions include:

• Customer-supplied parts
• Used parts
• Transmissions and transaxles
• Shocks and Struts
• Auto body and paint
• Tires
• EV/Hybrid batteries
• Glass

Lifetime warranty exclusions above may have a lessor warranty as defined by their suppliers and/or other written documents.



Admiral Auto Care and Service will define, procure and use at their sole discretion replacement parts for any warranty work provided.
